1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 (and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use RELAY. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Notify us at support@sprintwithrelay.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The service
RELAY provides career sprint tools: personalized career paths, resume coaching, quizzes, runtime sandbox, community features, and related content. We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal activity.
- No scraping, automated access, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation of credentials.
- No uploading content you do not have rights to share.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create — resumes, profile info, messages, projects. You grant Sprint With RELAY LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service for you.
5. AI output
AI features (path suggestions, quizzes, code grading, ATS analysis, target roles, resume rewrites) generate informational output that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review AI output before relying on it. Earned RELAY badges and certificates reflect activity inside the platform; they are not professional certifications.
6. Paid plans
Certain features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the policy described at the time of purchase and applicable law.
7. Third-party services
RELAY relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI inference, payments, email, and analytics. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.
8. Disclaimers
RELAY is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview offers, specific ATS rankings, or that AI recommendations will fit every situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprint With RELAY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using RELAY at any time and request account deletion from your profile. We may suspend or end your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email when we have one on file. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sprint With RELAY LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
