About RELAY — sprint to your career offer
Most career advice is vibes. RELAY is a plan — sized to your timeline, paced to your week, and backed by Bolt, a coach that actually shows up.

RELAY started from a simple frustration: there are a hundred resume tools, a hundred interview prep platforms, and a hundred job boards — but nothing that ties them together into a real week-by-week plan. Especially not one that adjusts to your timeline.
So we built one. You pick a target date. Bolt — your Career coach (Building Opportunities & Launch Tracker) — maps the weeks, picks the certs and the projects, drops the right roles into your board, and stays on call when you get stuck at 11pm the night before an interview.

Why use RELAY
Meet the founder

Hi — I'm Aaron Tillery, the founder of RELAY. I'm a recent graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where I majored in computer engineering.
Through my own journey — internship cycles, long waits between interviews, and more than a few disappointing rejection emails — I realized how isolating and unstructured the path to a real career can feel. Everyone tells you to "network" and "just keep applying," but no one hands you an actual plan.
So I built one. RELAY exists to help students, new grads, and career switchers feel confident in the path they choose and to give them the resources, structure, and coaching to actually get there. Everyone deserves a fair shot at a career they're proud of — and a clear next step toward it.
Your career, your race. Let's run it together — every leg, every handoff, every finish line. Bolt's got the baton when you need a breather.
